This is a video showing my 29\" quadriceps/upper leg muscles. I would consider my legs pretty bulky but almost completely lacking in definition. I have genetically been given decent legs in terms of size...I have actually only trained my legs a handful of times (5 or less) over the last 4-5 months (August 2008 through January 2009) and before this the only exercise they were getting was bike riding. Check out my other videos posted and I would love to hear some feedback. Goal is to take everything to a higher level by June of 2009. Currently 240-245 lbs depending on the scale used, time of day (water and food) and 100% as natural as they come.
